Cleast as in "Cleast I cleaned my room before I turned it into a hamster amusement park!"

Coursantly as in "Coursantly I want to go jump ramps with my bike!"

Slame-Slame as in "We are both wearing camo pants, slame-slame!!" (while pointing back and forth among the camo pants).

Okay, that last one is more of a speech impediment than made up word, but it is still darling to his mother.
